Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are custom made in the order it is received. Therefore, turnaround time for every order can be up to 14 business days. You will get an email with tracking once it has shipped.
Q: I received my tracking number but there is no tracking information?
A: Once you receive your tracking number, it may take 1-3 days for your tracking location to update.
Q: I haven't received anything since my confirmation email?
A: During processing, you will not receive any emails or updates regarding your specific order until your shipping information is updated. With that being said, if you did add customization to your order, I will reach out via text or email (whichever you listed as preference) to discuss design and mockups before proceeding.
Q: What happens if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
A: We will refund or exchange the damaged merchandise. Please email photos of the packaging and damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Turnaround time for credits and replacement is 2-4 weeks.
Q: How do I add a photo to a product ordered?
A: Email the photo(s) to staytrue.2you@hotmail.com with your order number and the specific product it is for. I will keep in touch with mock-ups to be sure you like how it looks before proceeding with the order.
Q: I have a specific design I want on something but don't see it as an option?
A: Email me directly! I love new requests, I'm more than happy to help you get what you are looking for!
